For all non-custom/personalized items, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for items to be shipped.
For custom orders/personalized items, we provide buyers with a timeline for when their order will be completed and shipped. Please email us at email@example.com if you want an update or have any questions or concerns regarding your custom order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We gladly accept returns and cancellations. We do not offer exchanges.
To cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
To return your item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition with no defects, and buyer is responsible for return shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We do not accept returns on custom or personalized orders or digital downloads (which includes all crochet patterns).
